Conferred by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Region Iin 1993 in recognition or his active involvement and invaluable contribution to the fulfillment of the mission and objectives of DENR through the project Operation MIA, "Magsidalus Iti Arubayanna" (Clean your own sorroundings).
