The youngest member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Board Member Chester agrees with Clinton Howell that, “Life’s battle doesn’t always go to the stronger and faster man; but sooner or later, the man who wins is the man who thinks he can.” He assumed his position last December 2007, giving him the opportunity to develop his potentials, as well as the chance to exemplify public service among youth.

Board Member Bambico has spearheaded various development programs and projects in line with the provincial celebration of the Linggo ng Kabataan last December 15-22.
